Below are some of the very popular Hollywood stars who have openly talked about their mental health issues and how they’ve dealt with it.

In April 2020, she revealed that she has bipolar disorder and accepting that truth made her more at ease. The singer also opened up about her anxiety on an Instagram live with Dr Vivek Murthy. She said the initial days of the pandemic threw her into the anxiety and depression mode.

Ariana Grande is another famous Hollywood star who, in an interview, opened up about people being so irresponsible towards the importance of mental health. The singer-songwriter started crying while telling how crucial it is to take care of one’s mental space. Not only that, but she has so many times shared mental health resources on her Instagram, trying to help the needy ones.

Ryan Reynolds, the Deadpool fame, told how anxiety has  affected his life in an interview with New York Times. “I have anxiety, I’ve always had anxiety. Both in the lighthearted ‘I’m anxious about this’ kind of thing, and I’ve been to the depths of the darker end of the spectrum, which is not fun.” The actor also revealed that he practices mindfulness to handle anxiety.
